As you may or may not know, I am the 26 years of Nascar 76 wins and 7 championships Dale Earnhardt signature shirt guy who restored dad’s car, raced it for 10 years and took it to Goodwood 3 times. In addition, I have hundreds of photos and videos before and throughout the restoration process as well as numerous articles about the car at Goodwood. I also have a scrapbook and video from one of Sr’s crew members with photos and comments… Lots of good stuff!

Back when they had NASCAR thunder in mobile one of your dad’s cars was on display I applied for a loan to buy it for $35,000 but wasn’t approved it still makes sick to this day not being able to get it. When we ran in the BGN Series with Dale this car was my favorite next to our car Dale let us borrow a rear end for our car up at Indianapolis raceway park probably in 86 his van was parked next to ours in the pits he can over to the 26 years of Nascar 76 wins and 7 championships Dale Earnhardt signature shirt van to do something and whatever Dale was doing the stops and came over to the window and talked with me for a few minutes and went back to this car I was like 9 or 10 years old at the time

Had lots of great paint schemes but the original black Goodwrench was always cool to watch. IMO close 2nd was the silver car under the lights during the all star race in 95 was cool. Love the red taz car. When I was a kid my favorite cartoon character was taz, and that’s the reason I loved Dale Earnhardt. I’ve grown up now and love him for other reasons. He was a hard working man just like me. Miss ya Dale. The 87 Wrangler and 88 Goodwrench are probably my favorites. The Peter Maxx car was probably my favorite one-off scheme, and Dale hated that car. I can’t remember any of his 3 schemes that weren’t cool though.
