ROLL TIDE! Some rich lefty snot thought they could buy-n-bully the University of Alabama but the school dumped them and straight chipped the snot’s name off the law school (there is video!). EPIC. This school is going on the list of potentials for my next kid when he’s ready. Excellent! I’m a proud Razorback, but I’d be more than happy if any of my children choose to go to Alabama after this – Roll Tide! Our honor, our morals and our compassion for the helpless & innocent should never be for sale. God Bless the University of Alabama. it’s all about being accepted within the community this is the reason they have these events we have come along way from it being illegal to have homosexuality within your life. Alabama Girl if my mouth doesn’t say it my face definitely will shirt. And it’s because of these events that people are going and having fun and mixing with all types of people and Ables them to be more acceptable. I’m very sorry but I do not understand your views as to why we should not celebrate this I hope I have clarified some of the information for you and wish you a happy and joyous bank holiday Monday.

This is the University of Alabama I know and love. We have put two children through the school-paying out of state tuition; it was a great investment.  Because getting married, not getting beaten up, stabbed for being themselves and a whole bunch of other things isn’t really an issue for heterosexual people. “Straight pride” because we can’t stand seeing a group of people who already have it really tough doing something about it”. As someone else already said .. “I’m not homophobic.  I have been an Alabama resident most of my adult life never really been a fan of the University of Alabama just (cuz I’m not a football guy) and I have two enrolled there. Never have I been a more proud supporter of UA that I am right now. Alabama Girl if my mouth doesn’t say it my face definitely will shirt. Michael Rainton heterosexuals don’t need pride as they have never suffered because of their sexuality. I’m heterosexual but my twin sister and younger sister are both gay, I have loads of friends that are gay and I’ve been to pride before to show my support. I think M&S is great to show their support, it’s a quirky way of showing it but I will defo buy the sandwich with pride.

Because straight people have never been discriminated against or fought for their rights/ been killed because of their sexuality. That’s the whole point of pride. I await all those LGBTQ responses of hate towards me lol. Always happens! This is a personal experience, but then I’m white and straight can NEVER suffer abuse for being different hey. I’ve been a Bama football (and other sports) fan all of my life. Today, as a citizen of the state of Alabama, I’m more proud of the University of Alabama as an academic institution than I am of the football team. I thought we all learned the lessons here decades ago when the Beatles sang ‘Money can’t buy me, love, can’t buy me, love, everybody tells me so…’ And they got it from the oldest and wisest of texts(you don’t need to believe in God to understand this, but it helps) ‘The ‘love’ of money is the root of all evil.’ A school that saw evil coming and rejected it is -is, a school worth supporting. The U of A Chancellor stated Donors do not administrate. Apparently, from the news article I read, the donor, Mr. Culverhouse, was trying to interfere with the U of A Law School operations. I’m proud the U of A Board of Trustees made the correct decision.
